Key Responsibilities
- Installations & Repairs: Perform HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to keep HVAC systems running efficiently.
- Diagnostics: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues, offering effective solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience required.
- HVAC certification or trade school education is a plus.
- EPA Section 608 certification is required.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and service management software.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Pay & Benefits

Work Conditions & Physical Demands
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting of equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.
