Commercial HVAC Service Technician- Up to a $10k Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating and air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working, motivated attitude.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with the potential to earn over $100,000 per year, plus a performance‑based bonus program.

Schedule

Full‑time, year‑round work with flexible scheduling options, including shifts from 9 am–5 pm to 4 pm–10 pm and flexible days of the week.
