HVAC Service Technician / Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
• Perform regular maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
• Identify issues, explain findings to customers, and recommend solutions
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC service and repair
• Knowledge of local codes and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Pay

$32.00 - $45.00 per hour
