Responsibilities

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
  • Service commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
  • Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
  • Navigate and use smart phones to support business systems.
  • Properly use all IVR systems and properly check in with EE dispatchers.
  • Deliver and remove equipment needed to complete service work.
  • Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
  • Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, solder, weld, and perform minor field fabrication.

Requirements

  • Experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
  • Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
  • Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
  • Able to work overtime and weekend hours as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
