What You'll Do

• Perform commercial HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work
• Lead by example while providing day-to-day guidance and technical support to service technicians
• Cook up daily field activities and job priorities with service management
• Serve as the primary customer contact on assigned projects, ensuring exceptional service and communication
• Mentor, coach, and develop technicians through hands-on training and field leadership
• Promote and enforce company safety policies, quality standards, and best practices
• Absorb troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Complete electronic work orders, service reports, and job documentation
• Identify service opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions for customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management
• Absorb scheduling adjustments and field problem resolution as needed
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation, as required

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to mentor and lead technicians
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Techical or trade education in HVAC preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to meet company driving requirements and FMCSA/DOT requirements, when applicable
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced service environment
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and accountability
