Service Technicians

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technicians

• Install, repair, maintain, and replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• May also provide warranty service.
• Practice strict safety and keep good records.

Journeyman Plumbers

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and drainage systems in residential or commercial settings.
• Install, detect leaks, and repair equipment and equipment structures.
• Maintain and repair installed systems.
• KNOW pipe fittings, plumbing fixtures, and pressure gauges.

Journeyman Electricians

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
• Understand and install, troubleshoot, and repair power equipment and machinery components.
• Follow electrical codes, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.

Journeyman Pipefitters

• Maintain and set up pipe systems in industrial environments.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for heating and cooling, high-pressure transport, oil and chemicals, natural gas, and more.
• Read design specifications to cut and weld pipes, perform routine inspections, and lay pipework.

Sheet Metal Journeyman

• Fabricate, install, and assemble sheet metal products and systems.
• Measure and mark; shape (cut, bend, and straighten); join (weld, solder, bolt, or rivet); install; troubleshoot and repair; and inspect and test.
