A bit about us:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Permanent Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on B2B sales, targeting commercial clients and offering them our top-tier HVAC services.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategies to approach potential commercial clients and secure new business contracts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met and exceeding their service expectations.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on current industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure that the proposed HVAC solutions meet the clients' needs.
  • Delivering professional presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our HVAC services.
  • Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
