What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative to drive business growth with commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and operations teams, and selling customized HVAC service agreements.
What You Need for This Position
- Possess prior sales experience working within the construction or mechanical service industry, a strong plus – inclusive of subcontractors, general contractors, and equipment maintenance/retrofit providers.
- Prior specialized sales training – Sandler Sales Training, Miller Heiman or similar training preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing; or 5+ years relevant sales experience.
