What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in either (or multiple): Commercial Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, or Commercial Cooking Equipment
- A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units and/or hot side equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work on-call
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
- Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
