We're hiring an Experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer who can step into a leadership role on active job sites, manage crews, and drive projects to completion with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial HVAC installs from kickoff through final completion
  • Install equipment, duct systems, and related components to spec
  • Interpret plans, drawings, and submittals to guide execution
  • Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and internal teams
  • Plan labor needs and communicate with leadership weekly
  • Build material lists and support fabrication
  • Run jobsite safety meetings and maintain compliance
  • Keep projects on track with daily reporting and updates
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Requirements

  • Strong blueprint and spec reading ability
  • Solid background in commercial HVAC installation (ductwork + equipment)
  • Experience leading crews or running projects in the field
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Clear communication and strong organization skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights
  • Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces when needed
  • Capable of handling tools and equipment safely throughout the day
