About the role
Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with ARS (the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45+ years of experience), offers Commercial HVAC installation work in the Commercial HVAC Installation industry.
Responsibilities
- Remove and dispose of outdated commercial HVAC systems
- Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
- Lead commercial HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
- Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
- Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of Commercial HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
- Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

$32 - $42 per hour plus commission opportunities
