Commercial HVAC Install

About the role

We provide service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, healthcare, and critical facility operations across the Denver Metro and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Installation startup of commercial and light industrial HVAC equipment in line with job requirements and technical standards
• Install gas lines, refrigerant piping, duct systems, sheet metal components, and related mechanical piping
• Perform brazing and soldering tasks for HVAC system assembly and repair
• Troubleshoot installation or commissioning issues during system startup and testing
• Keep detailed records of project activities, including progress updates, reports, and daily field documentation
• Remain informed on current HVAC methods, tools, and industry advancements to improve installation quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Construction and/or HVAC install experience (desired)
• Universal EPA certification (upon hire/within 90 days of hire)
• Able to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and at heights
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in HVAC or related field (preferred)

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
