Commercial HVAC Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join a growing mechanical construction team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with experience estimating commercial HVAC projects who is looking for long-term career growth and the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams.
• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Experience with estimating software is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
