Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns
• Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes efficiently
• Utilize Quickpen software to streamline the estimating process
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids

Qualifications

• A proactive go-getter who is committed to getting things done
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in commercial or mechanical construction estimating is a plus, but attitude and drive are valued above all
