What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical and HVAC projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform detailed labor and material takeoffs
- Develop proposals
- Coincordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Ensure all estimates are complete and aligned with project scope
- Support project coordination through submittals, RFIs, procurement assistance, job cost tracking, and documentation management
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems, construction practices, and estimating processes
- Comfortable reading construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency in digital takeoffs
- Experience managing documentation
- Proficiency in estimating software such as FastEST, QuoteSoft, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and vendor coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
