About the role

Lennox AES is hiring Apprentice Commercial HVAC Installers for immediate nationwide travel assignments. Apprentices work under Crew Leaders in teams of 4–6, typically on 3–4 week deployment cycles with 60–70 hour work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial HVAC equipment replacements, including rooftop units and adapter curbs
• Follow direction from Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanics
• Adhere to OSHA construction safety guidelines
• Work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
• Read and follow company policies, procedures, and job duties
• Work overtime as required

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements, including rooftop units, adapter curbs, and HVAC electrical systems
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel 100% of the time on 3–4 week deployment cycles
• Willingness to work 60–70 hour weeks, including overtime
• Proficiency in English

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Pay

This hourly non-exempt role offers a starting pay range of $18–$24/hour, with overtime eligibility for hours worked beyond 40 per week (or as required by state law). Starting pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
