Commercial Groundskeeper

About the role

We are actively seeking a full-time groundskeeper to grow our commercial department. Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate seasonal transitions. We are looking for a positive, independent candidate with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall condition of exterior and common area spaces of assigned properties
• Provide good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
• Perform trash and debris pickup
• Monitor the overall condition of building exteriors and signage
• Conduct breezeway housekeeping
• Perform snow and ice removal
• Maintain flowers and trees
• Remove dog waste and cigarette butts
• Assist the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties as needed
