The Position

Our client, an innovative technology company, is seeking a Government Contracts Attorney to support the business through a period of significant expansion. In this role, you'll manage federal government RFPs from start to finish, advise cross-functional business teams on complex government contracting matters, and support compliance initiatives as the company continues to build out its federal division. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders throughout the contracting lifecycle, providing practical legal guidance while helping strengthen processes and positioning legal as a trusted business partner.

The ideal candidate has deep experience advising on federal government contracts, including matters involving the FAR and DFARS, is approachable and collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Targeting an ASAP start, 40 hours per week, fully remote and timezone agnostic, for an initial 6-month duration.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $107 and $117. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
