Commercial Garden and Lawn Maintenance Team Members

ELGM GROUP PTY LTD is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Commercial Garden and Lawn Maintenance Team Members to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Wellington Point, Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of commercial properties through professional gardening and lawn care services. You will work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the high standards of service that our clients expect and deserve. This position is integral to our operations, ensuring that commercial spaces remain well-maintained, attractive, and welcoming to visitors and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Perform regular lawn mowing, edging, and trimming on commercial properties to maintain neat and professional appearanceConduct garden bed maintenance, including weeding, mulching, and plantingOperate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficientlyPerform hedge and shrub pruning and shaping to professional standardsRemove garden waste and debris, ensuring sites are left clean and tidy after each servicePerform basic fertilizing and pest control treatments as requiredMaintain accurate timekeeping and follow schedules for multiple commercial locationsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure quality service deliveryAdhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesReport maintenance issues or damage to equipment or property to management promptly What We're Looking For Previous experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care (either commercial or residential)Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periodsProficiency in operating lawn mowers, brushcutting, hedge trimmers, and other gardening equipment including Walker Mowers and Cylinder Mowers, is an advantage but not essentialKnowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs, and their seasonal care requirementsAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workReliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethicAbility to work effectively as part of a teamValid driver's licence and own reliable transportCurrent First Aid Certificate (preferred)Current Working with Children Check or Blue Card (if applicable to role requirements)Willingness to undertake relevant training and certifications as required About Us ELGM GROUP PTY LTD is an established landscaping and garden maintenance company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to commercial clients across the region.
