About the role

Responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining commercial structures. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and execute plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct commercial buildings according to client specifications and building codes.
• Collaborate with clients to discuss project details and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction software.
