About the role

QuestMark is a division of CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor. We are currently seeking experienced employees to join our fast-growing service division.

Responsibilities

• Foremen: Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimators: Prepare accurate cost estimates for new projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
• SUPERINTENDENT: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Sales Representatives: Sell flooring services to potential clients, providing detailed proposals and presentations to secure new business.

Requirements

• Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred.
• Any previous flooring experience is a plus.
• The ability to work successfully both individually and with a team environment is a must.
• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
