About the role

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation—the nation’s largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor—is expanding its service division by 100% in 2022. We are hiring for multiple full-time positions, including:

• Foremen
• Estimators
• Superintendents
• Sales Representatives

Our division specializes in concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, disinfecting, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail markets. Both salaried and hourly roles are available, with signing bonuses offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform self-performing flooring work, including concrete maintenance, epoxy/resinous applications, and coatings.
• Work individually and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Travel and stay out of town as required, including weekends, Sundays, and holidays.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to travel out of town and work weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
• Any previous flooring experience is a plus.
• Must demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, and possess a high level of professional integrity.
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
