About the role
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is expanding its fast-growing service division and hiring for multiple full-time positions in Waterbury, CT. We are the nation’s largest self-performing commercial and industrial flooring contractor, specializing in concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, disinfecting, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail markets. Join us as we aim to expand our division by 100% in 2022 after reaching our goal of becoming a $1 Billion Dollar Company.
We are looking for experienced candidates to fill the following roles:
- Foremen
- Estimators
- Superintendents
- Sales Representatives

Qualifications
- Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred
- Any previous flooring experience is a plus
- Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Able to pass DOT physical examination
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
