About the role

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is expanding its fast-growing service division and hiring for multiple full-time positions in Petersburg, VA. We are the nation’s largest self-performing commercial and industrial flooring contractor, specializing in concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, disinfecting, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail markets. With recent growth to a $1 billion company, we aim to expand our division by 100% in 2022.

Positions available include Foremen, Estimators, Superintendents, and Sales Representatives. Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. Year-round work, immediate interviews, and a strong backlog of projects are available. Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee flooring services, including concrete maintenance, patching, cleaning, disinfecting, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
• Work both individually and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Travel and stay out of town as required by projects.
• Work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to travel out of town for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Epoxy/resinous experience is preferred.
• Any previous flooring experience is a plus.
• Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
