About the role
QuestMark is a division of CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor. They are currently experiencing significant growth in their flooring division, which includes concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting services. Their division is the leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for various markets such as industrial, commercial, and retail spaces.
Responsibilities
- Foremen: Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Estimators: Prepare accurate cost estimates for new projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
- SUPERINTENDENT: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Sales Representatives: Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and close deals, working closely with the sales team to secure new business.
Requirements
- Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred.
- Any previous flooring experience is a plus.
- The ability to work successfully both individually and with a team environment is a must.
- All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Able to pass DOT physical examination.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.
