Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end financial leadership for the Americas commercial pipeline, including LTSA, transactional sales, parts, repairs, and upgrade programs.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for Delegation of Authority (DOA), ensuring all deal structures remain competitive, aligned with global strategy, and meet segment-wide profitability and risk thresholds.
  • Lead the development of sophisticated financial models (FX strategies, tax/billing, and cross-border risk) and provide expert counsel to the GM and leadership on market positioning, pricing, and geopolitical/economic risks.
  • Partner with commercial teams to effectively articulate the value proposition of service offerings, upgrades, and market dynamics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and simplify ITO processes, ensuring robust underwriting standards and efficient risk/return frameworks for all commercial actions.
  • Define and execute a rigorous operating rhythm (including MOR, Hoshin, and Bowler processes). Oversee budgeting, operating plans, and the creation of KPIs and leading indicators to track performance.
  • Drive data-driven improvements by identifying financial trends, highlighting risks and opportunities, and recommending actionable strategies to maximize cash, profitability, and fleet risk management.
  • Manage centralized reporting and productivity metrics. Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels by communicating complex financial concepts clearly to drive commercial intensity and business success.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles in USA: Master's degree from an accredited university in either Finance or Accounting with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
  • For roles outside of the USA: Significant experience in Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
  • The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
  • Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
