Work Schedule:
Requires in-office attendance four days per week Monday-Thursday, with Friday designated as work-from-home.
Responsibilities
- Driving global commercial profitability performance through pricing discipline, contract governance and margin expansion initiatives.
- Partnering with Commercial leaders to develop pricing strategies aligned with raw material inflation, competitive positioning and value-based pricing opportunities.
- Leading governance for large commercial agreements including long-term supply contracts, bid reviews, indexation clauses and risk-adjusted returns.
- Developing customer, product and segment level profitability analytics to identify margin expansion opportunities.
- Pricing and supporting SKU rationalization initiatives.
- Designing and monitoring price-volume-mix analytics and identifying sources of margin leakage across the commercial portfolio.
- Establishing improved commercial forecasting processes and revenue visibility across regions and end markets.
- Supporting working capital improvement initiatives including customer payment terms, rebate structures and contract economics.
- Supporting portfolio simplification, restructuring initiatives and commercial footprint optimization.
- Cooking with corporate FP&A and Data transformation team to develop and manage our global commercial data warehouse & reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with commercial, product management, and operations leadership to drive pricing, margin expansion, and profitable growth.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams in a global and matrixed organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving global manufacturing environment.
- Strong business partnering and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive disciplined financial decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to senior business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
