Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support our Commercial team. In this role you will aid in budgeting and forecasting, helping the team achieve financial goals through detailed financial reporting and analysis. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Director and the divisional sales team to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for depletion, customer discounts, A&P spend, and the Business Review Package to ensure regional financial goals are achieved.
• Assist the sales team and Commercial Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, and R&Os by preparing depletion and A&P templates, uploading data, and checking pricing in IFS.
• Provide support with the year‑end accrual process.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel.
• International exposure in a multi‑currency environment.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with information systems including ERP, Business Intelligence, PC tools, and Hyperion.
• Self‑motivation and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Salary range: $78,976 – $89,476.

Schedule

Work schedule: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.
