Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload tent equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Safely erect and dismantle commercial tents, staging, flooring, and related structures.
- Secure tents to withstand environmental conditions such as wind and rain.
- Auxiliary tasks include assisting with site preparation, layout, and alignment of structures according to project requirements.
- Inspect materials and equipment for damage or wear, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site and in storage facilities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, client regulations, and company standards during installation and removal.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
Work Environment
- Outdoor job sites in all weather conditions, including refineries, plants, ports, and industrial facilities.
- Fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- May require extended travel or overnight stays depending on project scope.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in tent installation, construction, or related field preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Compliance & Certifications
- Must hold or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
- Must be able to pass DISA and NASAP compliance requirements, including background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
- Must complete all site-specific safety training and testing required for access to client facilities.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
