Responsibilities
- Review/release all US/Canada orders for accuracy in a timely manner.
- Review all customer Terms and Conditions for compliance with Bruker standards.
- Work with customers for required PO revisions and additional information.
- Negotiate terms as needed.
- Manage accuracy of SFDC for new orders, including required approvals.
- Process Alpha fraud checks on all new orders.
- Notify Applications Manager when a new order requires App support.
- Purchasing Process all US requisitions – MRP and expensed, Inter-company and 3rd party.
- Reconcile P-Card expenditures.
- Manage/negotiate US vendors Monthly invoice meetings with Parker Analytical TPA’s.
- Identify/process documents for one-time TPA’s as needed.
- Oversee Partner Roles in SFDC.
- Track and manage commission payments in a timely manner.
- Manage Customer Terms sheet in SharePoint.
- Track/manage/finalize down payments and trade-ins.
- ISN/Avetta compliance portals – Maintain Bruker’s compliance status for all eligible customers.
Qualifications
- SAP/Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Leadership/negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented.
