Responsibilities

  • Review/release all US/Canada orders for accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Review all customer Terms and Conditions for compliance with Bruker standards.
  • Work with customers for required PO revisions and additional information.
  • Negotiate terms as needed.
  • Manage accuracy of SFDC for new orders, including required approvals.
  • Process Alpha fraud checks on all new orders.
  • Notify Applications Manager when a new order requires App support.
  • Purchasing Process all US requisitions – MRP and expensed, Inter-company and 3rd party.
  • Reconcile P-Card expenditures.
  • Manage/negotiate US vendors Monthly invoice meetings with Parker Analytical TPA’s.
  • Identify/process documents for one-time TPA’s as needed.
  • Oversee Partner Roles in SFDC.
  • Track and manage commission payments in a timely manner.
  • Manage Customer Terms sheet in SharePoint.
  • Track/manage/finalize down payments and trade-ins.
  • ISN/Avetta compliance portals – Maintain Bruker’s compliance status for all eligible customers.

Qualifications

  • SAP/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Leadership/negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented.
