Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of and adherence to the commercial title and escrow transaction processes.
- Next-level customer service and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external commercial clients.
- Manage of all aspects of the commercial closing process.
- Efficiently and expediently resolve any commercial title issues that arise.
- Exhibit organization, accuracy and problem-solving competencies.
- Communicate clearly using both written and verbal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior Commercial Escrow/Title industry experience required (at least 2-4 years).
- Experience directly handling commercial escrow transactions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
