About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks experienced litigation attorneys to join its commercial and employment law practice group in Dallas. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of commercial and employment litigation experience and be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation under the direction of Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader, or Partners.
- Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, and command of the English language.
- Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm, including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.
Qualifications
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
- Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm, including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.
