Commercial / Emerging Enterprise Account Executive - Consumer Business Services
About the role
The Salesforce Commercial team is hiring an Account Executive to work with growing organizations of 250–5,000 employees across the Consumer Business Services Industries. In this role, you won't just sell — you'll work alongside Agentforce and a talented extended team to help customers maximize their Salesforce investment and drive real business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams.
- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role.
- Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale.
Qualifications
- If you have experience selling into Consumer Business Services industries including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or related verticals, that would be a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM tools.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $77,550 - $189,350 annually. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $85,300 - $208,300 per year.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
