Responsibilities
- Apply advanced knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code
- Execute all types of conduit bends using various bender types
- Install raceways, boxes, cables, panels, breakers, and transformers
- Assist with wire pulling and switchboard installation
- Install light fixtures, devices, and cover plates
- Connect branch circuits including terminations and equipment
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4,000+ hours of electrician experience
- Current state Electrical Apprentice license (per state requirements) preferred
- OSHA 10 certification

Physical Requirements
- Using many physical attributes (sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing, lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching overhead)
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Regularly working from elevated spaces for extended periods (ladders, man lifts, scaffolding, reach booms)
- Climbing ladder with 30 pounds
- Balance on normal work surfaces
- Comfortable in tight spaces (occasionally)
- Reaching, handling, grasping, and pulling cables, wires, tools, and equipment
- Focus close up and far away (with or without correction)
- Distinguish color-coded wires
- Use peripheral vision and exercise depth perception
- Flexible, adaptable, and embraces change
- Good troubleshooting ability
- Embraces quality control processes
- Good attention to detail
- Follows process and procedure
- Speaking, hearing, and seeing for communicating with employees and outside resources, as well as managing risks of a construction environment is required
