Commercial Drywall Finishing Foreman

About the role

Sands Wall Systems is a leading full-service Commercial Framing and Drywall Contractor with over 30 years of business success. This position offers FT year-round work, weekly pay, per diem, gas card, cell phone, bonus, paid lodging, and a company vehicle for out-of-town work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and drywall finishing
• Ensure the timely and productive completion of the project per instructions by the Taping Superintendent
• Work on-site daily as an on-site field crew leader and company representative
• Willing to travel as needed, including overnight stays

Requirements

• Leadership skills and effective communication skills
• At least 2 or more years of experience

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall finishing experience
• Experience with commercial framing projects in the Sioux Falls area

Pay

Competitive pay with additional incentives for excellent qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Four-day work week with long weekends off, either working Monday - Thursday and getting three days off, or working Monday - Thursday and leaving by 11:30 am on Friday to start the weekend early.
