Commercial Door Installer

About the role

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire Commercial Door Installers to install a variety of commercial doors and door hardware. This individual must be able to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and have great attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required with a good driving record. We are hiring both Experienced Installers or Trainees! If you have any experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your career! Responsibilities

• Install all products, to include doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is helpful; however, we are eager to train!
• Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire
