Project Manager (commercial door/hardware + Comsense exp. req.)

Location: Remote within the U.S.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000+ (DOE) + Bonus Potential + Great Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours/week

Travel: Quarterly visits to Company HQ required

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects once awarded
• Review scopes, plans, and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy before release
• Cook up submittals, material ordering, lead times, and delivery sequencing
• Communicate with project engineers, superintendents, and vendors
• Partner with internal teams on purchasing, fabrication, and shipping
• Track scope changes, schedule shifts, and change order needs
• Resolve field issues tied to missing, incorrect, or delayed materials
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams
• Manage multiple active projects across varying sizes and timelines
• Support project closeout coordination with internal departments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial doors, frames and hardware experience required
• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience required
• Ability to read and interpret specs, hardware schedules, and construction documents
• Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams required
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously required
• Proficiency with Comsense ERP software required
