About the role
M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
Responsibilities
- Keeping a commercial property clean and presentable throughout the day: common areas, restrooms, lobbies, trash and recycling
- Responding to spills and callouts
- Serving as the visible M5 presence tenants see
Requirements
- Commercial janitorial or day porter experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Presentable appearance
- Comfortable working around tenants
- Able to lift and remain on your feet
Nice to have
- Floor care experience
- Experience in occupied office buildings
