Commercial Data & Insight Analyst

About the Role

The Senior CML Data & Insights Analyst leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that drive revenue and strong results for sales expansion within the commercial bank.

Responsibilities

• Consults with the Sales Performance Manager and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
• Provides critical data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business sales teams and sales productivity analysis across all current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms.
• Leverages analytics expertise and collaborates with cross-functional teams within the commercial bank to measure sales activity and opportunities.
• Designs, builds, and maintains Tableau Dashboards and Reports.
• Processes incentives and supports incentive processes.
• Performs other reporting/analytics duties as assigned (e.g., special projects, strategic efforts).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
• Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, access, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business/segment.
• Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through job aids and/or guides.

This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and work-from-home opportunities to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and support effective collaboration. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Exempt status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).
