Commercial Contracting Counsel

Responsibilities

• Reviews, drafts, interprets, advises on and negotiates a variety of commercial contracts.
• Provides commercial legal advice on existing and new customer/partner relationships and business initiatives.
• Supports the evaluation and recommendation of updates to existing contract templates and supports the development of new templates, as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Commercial Contracting.
• Good business English skills (written and spoken).

Pay

Total Potential Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 comprised of base salary plus sales incentive compensation. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
