Commercial Contract Manager, SSG, Europe and META

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial contracts within the Sales, Services & Global Field Operations (SSG) division across Europe and META regions. This role will involve negotiating and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing legal advice to relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts for sales, services, and field operations across Europe and META regions.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to relevant departments on contract-related matters.
• Monitor and manage contract performance, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract disputes and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in contract management or related legal field.
• Proven track record in managing complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of European and UK legal frameworks, particularly in the context of sales and services.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in working with international clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Advantageous if you have a postgraduate qualification in law or a related field.
• Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) membership or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and their impact on commercial contracts.
