Commercial Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities including the deployment of materials and equipment
• Oversight of on-site labor, including time and break tracking
• Ensuring a clean/organized job site
• Managing the construction schedule
• Cooordinating subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are on schedule
• Managing relationships with customer representatives
• Ensuring projects comply with Company and client guidelines
• Ensuring quality control
• Ensuring safety procedures and compliance are observed
