The Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

About the role

This position offers competitive pay, bonuses, and long-term project stability. The ideal candidate will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution on schedule, on budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
  • Cook up owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Coordinate contract administration, change orders, and procurement
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder communication
  • Monitor project risks, safety, and quality performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with commercial interiors, base building, or complex commercial projects preferred
