About the role

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager at TMG Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to closeout. This position requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
  • Oversee project quality and safety standards
  • Resolve project issues and manage change orders
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience with various delivery methods including IDIQ, lump sum, design/build, and fast-track
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
