About the role

The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Accounting Division.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Oversee project safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain project visibility and satisfaction
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
