About the role
The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Accounting Division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Oversee project safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain project visibility and satisfaction
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
