Commercial Construction Project Manager

About the role

Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction programs and projects, including coordinating estimates, workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Build complex construction projects with other team members
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Manage resources effectively to meet project goals
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager, preferably with healthcare construction experience
• Building Envelope experience is a plus
• Capable of estimating projects
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management
• Experience in healthcare construction is preferred
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
