Commercial Construction Project Manager

We're partnering with a well-established and growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead diverse commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scheduling issues
• Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final closeout
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
