Responsibilities
- Load, lift, and move supplies, furniture, and equipment
- Dig trenches and do manual grading
- Collect rubbish and other refuse
- Load and unload trucks
- Sweep
- Pry and hammer apart sections of wall and roof
- Load debris into truck for removal
- Sort, pile, and clean salvageable brick, stone, lumber, and metal work
- Occasionally drives trucks
- Perform any and all other related duties assigned from time to time by supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual tasks either alone or as a member of a group
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor for prolonged periods of the time
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures
- Insuring safety practices are followed on job sites
- Valid drivers license required
