Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach people respectfully
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift supplies, and perform hands-on cleaning work
• Comfort using basic technology for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and reporting
• A commitment to following procedures, protecting client property, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching

Responsibilities

• Lead and support commercial cleaning team members during scheduled shifts
• Train new employees on 360clean procedures, safety practices, equipment, and quality standards
• Inspect completed work, address deficiencies, and ensure consistent results for each client
• Manage staffing, coverage, supplies, keys, access procedures, and job-site communication
• Build respectful, dependable relationships with employees, customers, and management
• Respond calmly and professionally to client requests or unexpected issues
