Requirements:
- Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
- Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Able to pass background check if required by clients
- Professional attitude (reliability is key for high-profile accounts)
PREFERRED SPECIALTIES:
- Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
- Post-construction cleaning
- Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
- Small crews available for large or rush jobs
PAY:
- Competitive per-job or monthly depends on the account
